safety checklist

a short list for both sides. it is not legal advice and it does not make muzobook responsible for the event.

  1. the date and the call times

write the arrival, soundcheck, set length, and curfew. do not rely on a chat message alone if the booking is large.

  2. the money

say whether it is a fixed fee, a percentage of tickets, or both, and when the performance fee is paid. muzobook’s £10 is separate and does not settle the gig.

  3. cancellation

agree who pays what if the act, the booker, or the venue pulls out, including travel already bought.

  4. the rider

pa, stage size, power, backline, access, and soundcheck. if you cannot meet an item, say so before you confirm.

  5. insurance and credentials

public liability, equipment cover, and any licence or right-to-work check are yours to verify. muzobook does not vet them.

  6. the room

capacity, noise limits, weather cover, and a safe way in with cases. meet at the venue rather than a private address when you can.

  7. after the show

mark it complete on the booking and leave an honest review. disputes about the performance stay between the parties.
