muzobook is a booking and introduction platform. it helps artists and bookers find each other, exchange messages, and record that they have agreed to a date. it is not the promoter, the venue, the employer, or the agent of record unless a separate written appointment says so.
no responsibility for the show
muzobook takes no responsibility for the quality of a performance, for cancellations, for no-shows, for technical problems, for safety at a venue or a private address, or for any dispute between the people who made the booking. profiles, reviews, and riders are supplied by users. we do not verify them.
money
the £20 membership, the £10 booking fee, and featuring fees are the only sums muzobook charges. payment for the performance is made directly between the artist and the booker. muzobook does not hold that money and does not guarantee that it will be paid.
disputes and law
any dispute about the performance, or about the contract to perform, is between the artist and the booker. it is governed by the prevailing legal system of the place where that contract is made or where the performance takes place. muzobook is not a party to that dispute and will not adjudicate it.
